It is the philosophy of the Racine Belles organization to teach the fundamentals and higher   

level strategies of Girls Fast Pitch Softball. These skills and strategies will be executed during

league and tournament games as scheduled through the organization. All this will occur in a

supportive, encouraging environment. We believe in winning games based on skills, good    sportsmanship and fair play. We do not believe in "winning at all cost."
